1. Who runs this site
This website is operated by USAMDR Tours & Travel, located at 709 S 3rd Street, Louisville, KY 40202, United States. For any questions about this policy, you can write to us at usamdrtourstravel@gmail.com.
2. What information we receive
This site does not store what you type into its forms on our own servers.
The contact form and the trip planning form only put together a message with the information you provide, and you send that message yourself from your own WhatsApp. If you don't send it, we receive nothing.
3. WhatsApp
WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own privacy policy and terms of use, which we recommend you review. When you message us on WhatsApp, we use the information you send only to respond to your request and coordinate your trip.
4. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, only if you accept cookies. If you don't accept them, it stays off. You can change your decision at any time.
5. Third-party links and services
This site may include links to our social media and to third-party services, such as WhatsApp. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
6. Your rights and how to contact us
You can ask us for information about the data you have shared with us through WhatsApp or email, and request that we correct or delete it. Write to us at usamdrtourstravel@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as we can.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. The last-updated date is shown on this page.
